Nuria Novelle is the president of Redondela's shellfishers in Ría de Vigo. Together with her colleagues, she has set up a seafood tourism association to promote both the various shellfishing techniques and the traditional fishing of choco or sardine. Her goal is to give visibility to all men and women of the sea, as well as to dignify their work, sharing their daily routine with all of you.
